House rules

By purchasing admission tickets for events of Baden Baden Events GmbH, the ticket purchaser acknowledges the house rules of Baden Baden Events GmbH as well as the venue and auditorium regulations as binding. Instructions issued by staff must be followed.
Visitors are advised that there may be uneven areas and or steps in the event space, meaning there is a risk of falling if due care is not taken. Entry to the venue is generally at your own risk. The house rules of the respective venue and the instructions of security staff must be observed. Entering the stage area and climbing barriers is prohibited. In the event of violations, the organizer may order removal from the venue. A security check may take place at entry. Security staff are instructed to carry out personal searches. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for an important reason, with a refund of the face value of the ticket.

Leaving the event

Upon leaving the venue, the ticket becomes invalid. There is no entitlement to re entry. An exception applies to events with control stubs, in which case visitors may re enter with the control stub after leaving the venue. After the event has started, there is no longer any entitlement to the seat in the stated price category.

Transfer of tickets

The purchase of tickets for the purpose of resale is generally prohibited. Tickets may only be purchased from advance sales outlets authorized by the organizer.

Return of tickets

There is no entitlement to return tickets or vouchers and receive a refund of the ticket price.

Cancellation of an event

If an event is cancelled, the ticket or voucher holder will receive a refund of the ticket price upon returning the ticket or voucher to the advance sales outlet where the ticket was purchased. In the event of cancellation, the ticket holder may return the ticket only within a period of 7 working days; after that, any entitlement to a refund expires. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event.

Early termination of an event

An event that is held up to a scheduled intermission and then cannot be continued for an important reason beyond the organizer’s control will be deemed to have been fully performed and does not entitle the holder to any compensation. An important reason exists in particular if there are hazards within the premises, for example a fire alarm, or if an artist is unable to perform for health reasons. This applies only if at least half of the scheduled event duration has elapsed by the intermission.

Volume at events

Due to the volume at concerts, there is a risk of hearing and health damage. If a concert is perceived by a visitor as unusually loud, the visitor undertakes to move to the rear area of the venue and seek the greatest possible distance from the loudspeakers and or musicians, or to leave the venue temporarily. Free hearing protection is available for sensitive visitors at the Kurhaus reception desk.

Program changes

Cast and program changes for an important reason remain reserved, insofar as they are reasonable. We reserve the right to make cast changes in particular if an artist is unable to perform, for example due to illness or other reasons. In such cases, we will ensure that the replacement is of equal value or at least approximately equal value in terms of level of recognition and qualification. We reserve the right to make program changes in particular if a program item cannot be carried out and a change is therefore unavoidable. In this case as well, we will ensure that the change does not lead to a material change in content.

Bringing items into the venue

Bringing glass containers, cans, tape recorders, film and video cameras, bulky items, cooler bags, pyrotechnic items, torches, sparklers, weapons and similarly dangerous items, as well as animals, is prohibited. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in removal from the event hall.

Image and audio recordings

By purchasing a ticket, the visitor agrees that the organizer may create, reproduce, and publish images of the visitor showing them as a participant in the event in print and audiovisual media. This consent is granted without remuneration and without time or territorial limitation. Visitors are prohibited from making audio, photo, film, or video recordings.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for items lost or stolen during the event. Parents are liable for their children. Children under 12 are admitted only when accompanied by an adult. Minimum age to attend a ball: 14 years. Please note that young people under 16 are permitted to attend only when accompanied by a legal guardian.

Dress code

If a dress code is requested for the event, the visitor accepts this with the purchase of the admission ticket and will comply accordingly.

Events with television recordings

By participating in the event, television is granted permission to broadcast images of visitors of the event, without special remuneration, via the broadcaster. With the purchase of the ticket, the visitor is obliged not to take photographs using their own light source and not to obstruct the work of the TV crew. Visual obstructions may occur.
