Online
Tickets can be purchased worldwide via CTS Eventim. International credit cards are accepted.
By phone
Our ticket service team is happy to assist you with your booking and answer questions about seating and accessibility.
In person
Tickets are available at the Ticket Service Baden-Baden in the Kurhaus Colonnades.

On site: cash, EC card, credit card
Online via Eventim: credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Reduced tickets
Guests with a certified disability of 70 percent or more may receive reduced ticket prices, subject to availability.
The reduction applies to the person concerned and one accompanying person.
Booking is possible exclusively via the ticket service.

Getting There and Parking
Arriving in Baden-Baden
Baden-Baden is easily accessible by car, train and plane. The nearest airport is Karlsruhe Baden-Baden Airport, approximately 20 minutes away. Frankfurt Airport is about 90 minutes by train or car.
Parking options
Several parking garages are located in the immediate vicinity of the Kurhaus. The Kurhaus garage is located directly beneath the Kurhaus and offers convenient access to the city centre.
Public transport
The Kurhaus is well connected to public transport. Bus stops in the city centre are within easy walking distance.

How can I book tickets from abroad?
Tickets can be booked online worldwide via CTS Eventim using international credit cards. If you prefer personal assistance, our ticket service team is happy to support you by phone or email.
Can tickets be cancelled or rebooked?
Cancellations or changes are generally not possible. The terms and conditions of Baden-Baden Events and CTS Eventim apply.
What should I do if I lose my tickets?
In many cases, bookings can be traced digitally. Please contact the ticket service and have your name and order details ready.
Are there accessible seats available?
Yes. Accessible seats for wheelchair users and accompanying persons are available for many events and can be booked via the ticket service.
Are there discounts for accompanying persons?
If the disability ID includes the marker B, accompanying persons may receive a discount or free admission, depending on the event format.
