The Kurhaus Baden-Baden is centrally located in the city center and is easily accessible by car and public transportation. On this page, you will find information on how to get there, parking options, how to get to the stage, and how to get to our office in Schloss Solms.
Arrival by car
Directions to the Kurhaus Baden-Baden
From the A5 motorway, take the Baden-Baden exit and drive onto the B500 towards Baden-Baden city center. Follow the signs for the parking guidance system and follow the signs for the Kurhaus and Casino.
Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to the left at the traffic lights. Drive straight ahead past the Festspielhaus. After about 600 meters, turn right into Kaiserallee and after another 200 meters you will reach the entrance to the Kurhaus garage.
The Kurhaus garage is open daily around the clock. The current rate is €2.00 per hour. Another parking option, about a five-minute walk from the Kurhaus, is the Kongresshausgarage on Augustaplatz. This is also open daily, and the rate is €1.50 per hour. To get there, follow the signs for Kongress or Augustaplatz on the parking guidance system.

Arrival by public transport
Arriving by train and bus
Taxis and public buses heading toward the city center are available at the main entrance of Baden-Baden train station. Please note that the train station is located approximately five kilometers from the city center. Walking is therefore not recommended.
The closest stops to the Kurhaus Baden-Baden are Leopoldsplatz, Kurhaus Kolonnaden, and Augustaplatz. From there, you can reach the Kurhaus in a few minutes on foot.

Between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m., the route is identical to the access road to the Kurhaus garage. Between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., the city center is closed to through traffic. During this period, the following route applies:
From the A5 motorway, take the Baden-Baden exit and drive onto the B500 towards the city center. Follow the parking guidance system and the brown signs towards the center and Congress.
At the large traffic lights, continue straight ahead on the B500 into the Michaelstunnel. After about two kilometers, take the exit towards the center and Congress. Get into the left lane in the exit loop and turn left at the tunnel exit.
At the first traffic lights, turn left into Bertholdstraße. Follow this road until you have crossed the green area of Lichtentaler Allee. You will see the city museum on your right. Immediately after that, turn right into Friedrichstraße.
Drive to the end of Friedrichstraße. On your left you will see the Dorint Maison Messmer, and straight ahead the Kurhaus Baden-Baden with the spa gardens. Turn left and use the first or second entrance at the rear of the Kurhaus.

Office in Solms Castle
From the A5 motorway, take the Baden-Baden exit and drive onto the B500 towards the city center. At the first traffic light after entering the city, get into the right lane and drive into the Michaelstunnel.
Take the first exit in the tunnel towards Kongress and get into the left lane. At the next traffic light, turn left towards SWR and Rebland and follow the road to Fremersbergstraße at the city museum.
Immediately after the museum, turn right onto Friedrichstraße, which becomes Werderstraße at the Kurhaus. Follow Werderstraße until the junction with Solmsstraße. After about 30 meters, you will see Solms Castle on your left. Please drive through the archway into the parking lot.
